Deep Cleaning

Our deep cleaning includes everything in our regular service, plus a bit more elbow grease for those hard-to-reach spots

Use a 2-step stool for higher areas/shelves
Hand wipe door frames and baseboards
Clean ceiling fan blades by hand
Wipe tilt-in windows or the interior glass – on your request
Clean inside the refrigerator, oven, or cupboards(custom-extra charge)

Empty Home Cleaning

Moving? We’ve got a custom plan for empty property. This includes everything in our Regular Cleaning Services list, PLUS

Clean the inside of the refrigerator
Wipe down all interior window glass
Clean inside the oven (please run self-clean the day before)
Wipe out cupboards (just let us know which ones)
Sweep out garages and work-in-progress areas

Post-Construction Cleaning

This is a tough one to define as each site is so different, but at a minimum we

Remove all debris and dust left behind by construction
Use brooms, vacuums, and dusting tools for a thorough cleanup
Wipe down countertops, cabinets, doorknobs, light switches, and frequently
touched surfaces with disinfectant cleaners
Clean fixtures, including light fixtures and bathroom accessories
Eliminate accumulated dust, dirt, and grime from walls, ceilings, and baseboards
Wipe down surfaces to remove any stains or residue
Wipe away smudges and fingerprints on windows and glass surfaces
Consider mopping or steam cleaning based on flooring type
Use suitable cleaning solutions and tools for the flooring material
Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to eliminate germs and bacteria
Remove accumulated dust in HVAC systems and vents

Airbnb Cleaning

We get that every inch of your property needs to be sparkling clean to make an awesome first impression to each guest. The cleaning tasks that we ensure are complete every time before the next guest arrives are

Check the property for any left-behind items, remove and store them in safekeeping
Take out the trash
Wipe and sanitize high-touch areas like light switches, door handles and doorknobs
Vacuum, wash, and sanitize all the floors and carpets
Wash and change all the sheets and towels
Dust all the surfaces, furniture, and light fixtures
Clean shelves and wipe the dust off decorative items
Clean and sanitize toilets, bathtubs, and showers
